I developed and launched a university-wide initiative enhance the Individual Development Plan offerings for graduate students at George Mason University. I conducted research on the IDPs offered at 50 peer institutions, then used Qualtrics, Canva, and Adobe PDF to update our existing IDP content. I further collaborated with other offices to incentivize graduate IDP creation and thereby increase the number of students completing IDPs in order to improve graduate student outcomes. To deepen students' IDP experience, I use my mentorship expertise to offer 1-1 student consultations throughout the year to support student IDP completion.
