From conception to execution, I pioneered a Graduate Success Fellows program for George Mason University. I developed the contents of the professional development regimin, scheduled the programming, coordinated across multiple offices to advertise the program, and now supervise biweekly mentoring and support meetings for the Fellows. I also have developed tracking and evaluation methods for future program improvement.

I took over the organization of George Mason University's Three Minute Thesis Competiton, a global competition showcasing PhD Candidate research,. Through enhancing my team's project management structure, implementing an advertising regiment, and collaborating across diverse groups of faculty and staff, I increased our student participation by 94% from the 2024 competition year to our 2025 competition. I further professionalized the event with itineraries, name-tags, and standardized powerpoints, netting 100% positive survey results collected from judges and contestants.

I developed and completed a project proposal to enhance the Individual Development Plan offerings for graduate students at George Mason University. I conducted research on the IDPs offered at 50 peer institutions, then used Qualtrics, Canva, and Adobe PDF to update our existing IDP content. I further collaborated with other offices to incentivize graduate IDP creation and thereby increase the number of students completing IDPs in order to improve graduate student outcomes. To deepen students' IDP experience, I further offer 1-1 student consultations throughout the year to support student IDP completion.
